It takes about 2 business days after your loan request to generate a loan package, which is then mailed to you for your signature. The loan package includes a loan check with the promissory note on the back of the check, a loan issuance confirmation and a Truth-in-Lending statement.

Withdrawals and final distributions
For these transactions, the check and confirmation are mailed within 2 to 3 days after you make your request online on this Web site or over the phone through the Yum! Brands Savings Center.

You may create a prefilled Hardship Withdrawal form from Account, Withdrawal section or by calling the Yum! Brands Savings Center at 1-888-875-401K. Two to three days after the completed application and supporting documentation have been submitted to and approved by Voya Financial ™, the check will be mailed to you.
